Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping destination, carrier, and other factors.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, the carrier's delivery schedule may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Possible causes of delays include:
Shipping carrier delays
Weather conditions
Holidays and peak shipping periods

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Unexpected transportation or logistical issues
Other circumstances beyond our control
Order Tracking:
When tracking information is available, it may be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to appear or update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your order.
Customers can use the available tracking information to follow the progress of their shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.
If such charges are imposed by the destination country or applicable authorities, they may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We does not control customs procedures, processing times, or charges imposed by local authorities.
Delayed or Missing Packages:
If your order appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
If the tracking information has not updated immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier's system to process and update the shipment.
